Virginia Ann Ferretti

passed away on Monday, October 16, 2023.

Virginia was born in Lansford, Pennsylvania and she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Ethel (Werline) Nihen and the wife of the late Augustine A. Ferretti.

She was a graduate of Summit Hill High School. She spent the majority of her life being a stay at home mom and homemaker. Cooking was her specialty. After her children were mature she worked at Black Angus Meats and Our Deli in Paoli. During her retirement years she took up crossword puzzles.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Joseph Nihen, Donald Nihen, Eugene Nihen and Charles Nihen; and sisters, Claire Brookover and Mary Stanziola, son Charles Ferretti, grandson Carl Ferretti

Survived by her sister-in-law, Eleanor Nihen, son, Joseph P. Ferretti (Deborah), daughter-in-law, Barbara A. Ferretti, grandson, Joseph B. Ferretti (Lyn), nine great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

A viewing for Virginia will be held Wednesday, October 18, 2023 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 PM at St Norbert Church, 50 Leopard Rd, Paoli, Pennsylvania 19301. A mass of christian burial will occur Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at 9:30 AM. A burial will occur Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at St. Joseph Cemetery, E. White Bear Drive, Summit Hill, PA.
