Merry Christmas Cathy, I love and I miss you.

To the family and friends of Cathy,  It saddens me to here of this,  It was like Cathy she was around,   When I got the new's that this happened was,  Very much Cathy's was to let me know,  I was sitting in the main lobby of coco keys,  Sending my oldest son off with his PaPa to go hunting,  And It was 5 o'clock in the morning got him in the truck to go and sat in the lobby for a sec,  And looked up on the wall,  and It read holiday inn conf center,   Wow what a memory
Cathy and I going to Cornhusker round up  I was her norm my friend,   And itI wasn't but two hour later that I hear the new"s.  She is still with me and I with her.  Cathy you are in my heart and soul forever .   To family god bless

Aunt Tudy, and kids. I am so sorry for your loss. I don't remember Kathy but when watching the video, it brought back a lot of memories from the earlier days. As mothers, we wish we could absorb the pain for our children, and often times we are successful.  I know you were able to do this for Cathy many times during her life.  I cannot even pretend to know the pain you are suffering right now.  Please be comforted in knowing that she was proud of her mom.  I know she loved you very much.

When I reflect back on the years that Cathy was a part of my family, I realize now, those were the times that my family became parts of a whole unit.  Three of the best Christmas's in my life were spent in Cathy's home, with my entire family together. This was a joy I had not experienced since Mandy's father and I divorced many years prior, nor have I experienced since.  I am ever so grateful for those memories.

When Cathy entered our lives it was during Mandy's darkest hour, and for that I will be forever grateful. I regret never taking the chance, when I could have,to let Cathy know this.

Know that you, and your family, are in my thoughts and prayers during this most difficult time.  Cathy had the power to impact many lives and she did this well.  Her absence will be forever felt in the lives she touched-including mine.
