David is family.
He was the funniest guy you could ever meet. He was a loving father and a devoted husband.
I am devastated that my boys will never meet their Great Uncle. They'll never play with him and laugh with him. They'll never look up to him and think he's the coolest guy ever because he used to ride a motorcycle. They are missing out on such an amazing person and it's sad. But i know all of David's internal and external pain is gone now. I know he's happy and hanging out with Donald and Aunt Paula and all the rest who went before him; sharing funny stories with each other about Wendy and the rest of the family. The family lost an awesome person but heaven gained a loving angel. Another angel to add kisses to my boys faces as they grow older and to help guide them as they go through this life.

He will be deeply missed
We love you Dave all the way from Utah <3

A great picnic and break buddy. A very brilliant and intelligent man who could make you laugh. He will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are on Dave and with his family.

Dave will be missed by the J81 team at USSTRATCOM. He was a valued member of the team. Thank you for your dedication and service to this Nation both in the Military and as a civilian. My families thoughts and prayers are with Dave’s family.

Dave was my cousin. We've known each other since we were both little kids. We would play and wrestle, do chores for our Grandma Kathy, and then she would feed us. That guy would make me laugh till I cried! That's my most distinct memory of him. His goofy, satisfied smile of satisfaction that he had, once again, caused my fit of uncontrollable laughter. Twenty years later, he gave me the honor of being his best man when he married the love of his life, Wendy. He rewarded me later that day with another fit of laughter when he said "Worst best man ever!" One of the best guys I've ever known.
