I was lucky enough to have Don on my Customer Support Team at the Red Cross.  He could always be counted on for a droll remark or candid observation .  He was dedicated and caring, and will be deeply missed by the entire team.

Don and I came into work for the IT Service Desk for the Red Cross at the same time a few years back.  He was one of 7 of us IT folks to 1st work for the IT Service Desk from the Biomedical Red Cross Regions so we called ourselves the "BIO 7".  Don always had an entertaining story to share with his co-workers or a comment to enlighten our day. Don...you will truly be missed...  To the family... Please know that Don is in a better place now and May God grant you comfort and peace.

I worked with Don and he was always dedicated to doing his best.  I could always rely on him for help when I needed it.  He spoke of his wife Sharron often and I could tell that he was a very devoted man to his wife and family.  He will be missed. I am very sorry for your loss.

I was so saddened to hear of the news about Don.  I had the pleasure of meeting Don at the American Red Cross where I also work.  Don was very entertaining and had a lot of stories to share.  He was very proud of his family and talked of them often.  I am thinking of all of you at this difficult time.

I worked with Don every weekend the past two years and it is definitely going to be hard not having him online any longer. I never got to actually meet Don face to face but we got to know each other just as well. He was very devoted to his wife Sharron and his family. We will all truly miss working with him and my prayers go out to his family as well.

My sympathies to the family. I volunteered with Sharron and Deb at the Crook House, and what a wonderful family all around. So sorry to hear of your loss; may you be comforted by your faith.

My father in law was one of the most amazing men that I have ever met in my life.  He loved us all with everything he had.  There is a whole in the world now that he is gone.  I love you Papa D, rest in peace.

I am blessed to have had you in my life, you will never be forgotten, I am proud to call you dad!

I am shocked and saddened to hear of Don's death. His son, DR as we call him, has been a good friend for over 17 years.

I only worked with him a few times, but he seemed like a great man.  As a fellow American Red Cross employee, I can say that he will be missed.  I am so sorry for your loss.
