Florence May McCully

Florence passed away peacefully in her Papillion home on July 24, 2023. She was 85 years old. Florence was born on March 11, 1938 in St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada. In her lifetime, Florence was a daughter, a sister, a wife and mother, a grandmother, great grandmother and a friend. She was loved deeply during her 85 years and will be held in our hearts forever.

Florence is preceded in death by her husband, Richard (Dick) McCully. And by her parents, George and Maud Reid.

She is survived by her five children and their families. Michael and Pamela McCully (Mansfield, TX), Richard and Debra (Urias) McCully (Austin, TX), Rodney and Karen McCully (Glenwood, IA), Lisa and Toby Wilsey (Papillion, NE), Diana and Steve Lalley (Omaha, NE). Sister, Shirley Reid, Brother, Edward and Mary Reid, Sister, Joan and Eugene Wilhelm, Sister, Jean Sbardella, brother, Robert and Sharon Reid.

Florence's heart was full of love for her 7 grandchildren, Michelle and Ryan Gunstanson, Megan & Joey McCully-Vasquez, Jonathan McCully, Sarah and Allison Lalley, Chris and Mindi Wilsey, Melissa and Paul Boyd. And for her 7 great grandchildren, Lucas, Benjamin, Kyleigh, Blake, Ray, Nolan and Jace. And for her great grandbaby on the way!
