Survived by girlfriend, Brenda Smith; children, Molly (Tom) Erickson, Eric (Caity) Holz, Kelsey (Jesse) Ronk; father, Gerald Holz Sr.; grandchildren, Ellie and Ben Erickson, Jack Ronk; siblings, Kenny Holz, Valerie Petereit, Tammy (John) Prochnow, LeRoy Holz.
Visitation: Wednesday, February 4th, 2015 from 5:00 pm -8:00 pm at Kahler-Dolce Mortuary (441 N Washington St. Papillion, NE 68046).
Memorial Service: Thursday, February 5th, 2015 at 11:00 am at FaithWestwood United Methodist Church (4814 Oaks Lane Omaha, NE 68137).
