Jean was married to Ted for 71 years and had a wonderful life together! It's amazing that they traveled to every continent except for Australia. Jean's love for nature was evident in the creation of the garden walk in their backyard where deer and other animals could enjoy. It is a peaceful and beautiful place. Impressively, Jean went back to school and earned her bachelor's degree in computer science in 1981 from University of Nebraska Omaha. She was a member of the American Contract Bridge League where she played competitively working towards achieving Life Master. Jeans talents are many, which included sewing where she lovingly sewed her daughter's and granddaughter's wedding dresses. Jean was an amazing mother - she and Ted always put family first. Family vacations were always together until Debbie, Suzy and Tod got older and then Jean and Ted took time together to travel abroad and in North America.
Jean was preceded in death by her parents, Rupert and Gertrude “Nanny” Mincey; and niece Jill Haynie.
She is survived by her loving husband, Theodore Pryor; daughters, Deborah Jacobs, Suzanne (Jerry) Rainey; son, Tod (Cari) Pryor; sisters, Linda Herbst, Anne Dorse; grandchildren, Gina Wilkinson, Amanda (Ron) Culli, Jeremiah (Traci) Tassello, Amber (Travis) Brennan, Elliott Tassello, Tanner Krusemark, Lily Pryor, Conner Krusemark, Rocky Pryor; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
