Mary was born in Omaha, Nebraska on September 16, 1950. Mary was a woman of remarkable spirit and unwavering devotion. She was fearless in the face of challenges and embraced life with a vibrant energy that inspired those around her. Her love for music was a defining part of her identity-she found immense joy and purpose in singing and playing the organ as a dedicated choir member at several churches over the years. Mary served faithfully at St. Ann's Church, Immaculate Conception Church and at New Cassel Retirement Center where her voice and musicianship brought comfort to many.
Her passions extended beyond music. Mary had a deep affection for horses and found joy in their strength and grace. She also loved cheering on Huskers football, proudly supporting her team through every season. In her spare time, she loved to knit for her family. She was never without a faithful dog by her side.
Mary's greatest legacy lies in the love she gave so freely to her family and friends. She was a bottomless well of unconditional love-a devoted friend, devoted mother, and cherished grandmother. Her honesty, loyalty, and warmth left an indelible mark on all who knew her.
