My sincere condolences to the Norton family. I just heard of Paul's passing today when I bumped into Becky Rand. Although I hadn't seen Paul in many years, I remember him fondly from when we ran cross-country and track at King Junior High. Paul was a champion then, and from all these tributes, it sounds as though that's the way he lived his entire life. God bless and rest in peace.

I was sad to learn today about Paul's passing. Paul was one of my best friends in high school. He was one of the nicest people and never had a harsh word to say about anyone. The world is a little bit darker today. Rest in peace my old friend!

We met Paul and Sally at Dana Farber in December of 2010 and have been fast friends ever since. Sally, you were loved in a special way, by a special man and you shared a wonderful gift in your marriage. I am privileged to have known Paul. I take comfort in thinking of him up there with Larry now. Much love to you Sally.

Our lives are richer because we knew Paulie. He was our altar boy and that is how we will remember him. Go Irish -- You played like a champion -- you made it home.
