died November 23rd after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Born in Portland, ME, a son of Paul and Mary Margaret Norton and graduate of Portland High School's class of 1972.
During his 20 years in the US Air Force he served overseas and was a Gulf War Veteran.
Member of the American Legion Post 32 and Saint Columbkille Parish in Papillion, NE. Loyal employee and volunteer with Midlands Hospital. Preceded in death by his parents and sister, Claire. Survived by his wife Sally and children Kathleen Wilch, Papillion, Doug (Lindsey) Wilch, Kearney, MO, Sarah (Brandon) Wilch-Hillman and Margaret (Bryan) Davis, Omaha, NE. Grandchildren: Matthew, Nathan, Paul, Harper and Katelyn. Sisters: Mary Jane Norton, Portland, ME, Mary Regina (Gina) Norton, Cape Elizabeth, ME, Margaret Grazewski, Portland, ME. Brothers: Christopher (Liz) Norton, New Castle, ME, Brian (Donna) Norton, Plymouth, MA
Many nieces and nephews and loving brother-in-law to the extended Deane Family.
Visitation will be on December 6th from 1-8pm at Kahler Dolce Mortuary in Papillion, NE with an open religious ceremony from 5-5:30pm and a celebration of Paul Norton's Life following from 5:30 - 8pm.
Funeral Service and Mass will be on December 7th at 10:30am at Saint Columbkille Catholic Church in Papillion, NE. Burial at Cedar Dale Cemetery and luncheon to follow.
