Ronald Hofschild

Ronald graduated from Lincoln High School, class of 1960. Following graduation, he served with the U.S. Army from 1964 to 1966. Following the war, he graduated from Mid-State Technical College of Wisconsin Rapids in 1969. He then married his wife, Karen Hofschild, on October 25th, 1969. They celebrated 54 years of marriage in October of 2022. He enjoyed spending his time hunting, fishing, trap shooting, and watching the Green Bay Packers. Prior to his marriage, he enjoyed racing stock cars.

Ronald is survived by his loving wife, Karen; children, Mark, Laurie, and Kristina; grandchildren, Patrick, Fredrik, Maverik, Rodrick, and Ryanne who will continue to share heartfelt memories of their Grandpa.

A Service of Remembrance will be held Saturday, July 8th at Kahler-Dolce Mortuary, 441 North Washington Street in Papillion, Nebraska. Visitation begins at 12:00 pm, with the service beginning at 1:00 pm.
