Aidali Carlo Padilla

Aidali was born on August 9, 1943, in Cabo Rojo Puerto Rico. She was one of 5 children born to Ulisses Carlo and Maria del Rosario (Sara) Garcia. She graduated high school in 1961, where she was a member of the Puerto Rico Army ROTC group. After graduation she moved to New York where she met Gualberto Padilla and later married him. They have been happily married for over 55 years. They raised 2 children and were the welcoming home to many nephews and nieces. Aidali worked in Manhattan for over 30 years in the textile industry. She was of the Catholic faith. Aidali is preceded in death by her parents, daughter Magalle Ivette, her brother Alfonzo Guzman and a sister Nayah. Survivors are her husband Gualberto, of Glendale New York, her daughter Debbie (Brian) Kruk of Prairie du Chien WI, their 2 children Kayli and Daniel. Grandsons Derek (Mallory) Valentin of Shreveport La, Brian (Hannah) Valentin and their children Robert and Grace of Paris Texas, Roberto Diffoot (Agnes) and their sons Michael (Audrey) and Eric of Denver Co. Aidali had many nieces and nephews and loved each one dearly. Services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 16th at Bright-Holland Funeral Home with burial following in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 4 - 6 p.m.
