Bessie M. Phillips, 88, of Camden, Arkansas passed away Sunday, Aug. 20, 2017, at the home of her daughter in Lamar County. Bright-Holland Funeral Home received Mrs. Phillips into their care and arranged for her transfer to Camden. She was born May 20, 1929.
