

Bradley Houston Hines, 59, of Paris, departed this life in Paris, Texas on Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2024, and entered into the arms of his Heavenly Father being reunited with his dad, grandparents, sister, and his auntie.
Brad was born in Greenville, Texas the son of Doug & Pat Hines. He attended schools in Greenville and furthered his education at TAMU, graduating with a bachelor's degree and master’s degree in foreign language and education.
Brad had a personal relationship with Jesus, lived an exemplary Christian life and was an inspiration to many. Brad was known for his unique sense of humor, his compassion for those less fortunate, and an ability to discern the good in others. He loved to make people laugh. Brad was bilingual and had a passion for learning foreign languages which continued to the end. In high school he won many honors and scholarships in German, Spanish, and French. He worked for the State in Social Services and as an interpreter for several entities until his health failed, but he never stopped learning.
Brad will be missed most by his mother, Pat. He is survived by his sister, Kristi, and a brother, Larry, several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
His dad, Doug, his Aunt Jo, sister, Kathy, and his grandparents preceded him in death.
Brad’s wishes were to be cremated and a private memorial for the family held at a later date. The family asks that you continue praying for comfort and peace for them as they mourn the loss of their loved one. The family would also like to thank the staff at Texas Oncology, and Dr. Bercher and his hospice staff for the excellent care they provided.
