David Eugene Bridgers

David Eugene Bridgers, 55 of Paris, passed away at his home, Monday, November 3, 2014. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 am, Thursday, November 6, 2014 at Bright-Holland Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Terry Rogers officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-7 pm, Wednesday, at the funeral home. David was born October 7, 1959, in Paris, to Rex Eugene Bridgers and Shirley Bowden Bridgers. He graduated from Paris High School. David, at one time, had been employed at Superior Switchboards, B&W and North Lamar ISD. He was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Bridgers and by his grandparents, Earl & Jewel Bowden. Survivors include his wife Sharon Bridgers; two sons, David Bridgers, Jr. & wife Kimberly and Zachary Bridgers; two grandsons, Jaxon and Jordan Bridgers; his father, Rex Eugene Bridgers; four brothers, Paul Bridgers, Mark Bridgers & wife Nikki, Terry Bridgers & wife Mary and Gary Bridgers & wife Tammy; along with numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Casket bearers will be Paul Bridgers, Mark Bridgers, Terry Bridgers, Gary Bridgers, Zachary Bridgers and David Bridgers, Jr.
