Deborah Lenora Bell, 65, of Paris, TX, formerly of Virginia, passed away Tuesday, July 25, 2017, at her home. Following cremation, under the care and direction of Bright-Holland Funeral Home, there will be a memorial service in Virginia. Deborah, the daughter of William & Lenora Cooper Lynch, was born April 27, 1952, in Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Christina Monceaux. Survivors include her husband, James D. Bell, whom she married in 1986, one daughter, Brandie Shepard of Winchester, VA, two step-sons, Patrick Bell & Shawn Bell both of VA, several grandchildren, a brother, Dub Lynch of Duncan, OK.
