Jeff Wayne Russell, age 51, of Powderly, passed away at Paris Regional Healthcare on Saturday, October 22, 2022. Cremation arrangements are under the care of Bright-Holland Funeral Home. Jeff was born March 6, 1971 in Dallas, Texas to Robert Neese and Donna Kay Potter Russell. He was predeceased by his parents and is survived by a daughter, Kayci Rae Russell; a sister, Cindy McCloud and husband William; and an aunt, Nancy Hammett.
