Johnny Mack Creekmore was born in a small town in Kentucky. He spent his days hunting, fishing, taking care of his critters, and aggravating his wife. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Lisa Creekmore, a son, Daniel Woolum, two daughters, Ashley and Misty, a sister, Martha Woolum, and three step children, Halie Gray, Jesse Melot, Sabrina Anders and husband Joseph Anders as well as many grandchildren and loved ones.
