Michael Angel Serrano, 80, of Paris, passed away Sunday, March 26, 2017, at Paris Regional Medical Center. Following Michael’s wishes, no services are scheduled. Cremation was under the care and direction of Bright-Holland Funeral Home. Michael, the son of Miguel & Belgica Planes Serrano, was born July 28, 1936.
