Olivia De (Johnson) Peter

Bright-Holland Funeral Home has scheduled graveside services for 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Wolfe City. The family will receive friends at the cemetery beginning at 9:30 a.m., thirty minutes prior to the service.

Olivia was born on October 1, 1947, in Pasadena, California, to De Lewis Johnson and Pansy Witt Johnson. She graduated from Greenville High School in 1966. Olivia dedicated many years of service to Brookshire’s, where she worked as a deli manager in Greenville and Bonham.

In her retirement years, Olivia enjoyed traveling, thrift shopping, and spending time with family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her second husband, Johnny Bryant; her husband, Richard Peter, whom she married on February 14, 2007; her grandson, Joseph Deuson; and her brothers, Richard Johnson and Doug Johnson.

Olivia is survived by her children, Deonna Stevens, Hank Bryant and wife Jennifer, Kathy Archuleta and husband Joseph, and Sandra Ramsey and husband Shaun; her stepdaughter, Virginia Tsosie; her mother-in-law, Ruthie Starks; her grandchildren, Kylee Deuson, Morgan Fichtenmayer and husband Michael, Ryder Bryant and wife Paige, Lindsey Archuleta, Lauren Archuleta, Dakota Johns and wife Hailey, and Kyle Tsosie; and her great-grandchildren, Hendrix Fichtenmayer, Laurel Fichtenmayer, and Caroline Bryant. She also leaves behind many cherished friends.
