I worked under Lou DiDomenico at Uarco/ Standard Register.  I continued to stay in touch with him after that.  Lou was a great leader in that he could take technical information and turn it into an easy to relate and tell story.  He also sometimes left me hanging, and I realized later in time that he was forcing me to make decisions, that I didn't need his approval, thusly supporting me being a leader in my own right.  Lou always had great jokes and stories to tell to make you laugh.  I hadn't spoken to him in a few years and that's how I came upon this obituary.  I am curious about how he died and if family was around him.  I recall he had a brother, but not whether that brother was younger or older.  Where is brother?  Lou had an impact on my life.  I will never forget him. 


I worked with Lou for several years at Uarco and standard register and he was truly a visionary in where auto id could take the company. He suffered no fools but was a good teammate. Funniest guy in the room. I was lucky to see him last Dec in Phoenix and will miss him very much. Thoughts and prayers from Evanston, IL
