Charlene M Talbott

July 31, 1957November 16, 2020

On November 16, 2020, Charlene Mozel Talbott went to be reunited with all of her loved ones in heaven. Born and raised in Parkersburg, WV, she is a retiree from the IBEW Local 968. Charlene wasn't just a wife, mother, sister, daughter, and friend, she was a beacon of kindness and selflessness to everyone who knew her and will be desperately missed. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Ronald Marion Talbott, whom she loved deeply and profoundly. She is survived by her sons Ronnie(Michelle), Nick(Sabine), and step-daughter Angie Doyle. Charlene will be incredibly missed by her grandchildren Sofian, Tarik, Cienna, Nick, and Bentham. She is also survived by her sisters Carol Clem(John), Connie Newlon(Randall), Connie Criss(Rick), Norma Lontz(Scott), and Teresa Lester(Glenn). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family. She was preceded in death by her father Charles Hornbeck, mother Donna Veon(John), sister Wilma Waldron(John), brother John "Butch" Veon(Billie), and her fur babies Baby, Bo, Buffy, Coco, and Buster. The family very much wants to extend their eternal gratitude to Housecalls Hospice but specifically Morgan Rogers and Alice Ansel who so expertly and lovingly provided care for her during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers the family asks that you simply take extra time to be with your loved ones during such a difficult time because that is exactly what she would love to be doing. At this time the family will not be having a service but will have a remembrance of life at a later time.

To my sister Char. We all loved playing cards together . She loved doing pranks on all of us and she was good at it . I'm going to miss you. But I know that you're looking after all of us. Your loving sister Teresa.

Truly a wonderful lady. Enjoyed talking with her so much at the hall. Char truely loved family. I was always amazed how she knew everyones voice on the phone, after only talking with them once. We were all blessed to have her in our life.

I was so saddened to see this. She was a beautiful soul. She was such a great friend to a friend of mine. I was always happy to run into her. She was so proud of her children and granchildren. May she rest in peace. My sympathies to all who loved her.
