Darrell Edward Williams

He was born March 21, 1945 in Parkersburg, WV, a son to the late Kempis and Ruby Williams.

Darrell was a proud graduate of Parkersburg High School and a devoted Army veteran who honorably served his country during the Vietnam War. After returning home, he built a long and dedicated career at Kraton, where he worked faithfully for many years before retiring. Darrell was a man who found joy in creating with his hands, especially through woodworking and leathercraft, taking great pride in the pieces he made. Above all, he cherished the simple moments in life, particularly the time spent camping and making memories with his beloved wife, Jeanie.

Those left behind to cherish his memory include his son, Jeremy Williams of Parkersburg, WV and brother, Larry Williams of California.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Carol.

Funeral services will be 1 PM Tuesday February 24, 2026 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Burial to follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 12 PM to 1 PM at the funeral home.
