He was born November 22, 1942, a son of the late Maggie Ryan and Dean Perkins.
David was retried from Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital and enjoyed time with the grandkids and family time in general. He was a sports fan and served many years on the Parkersburg High School Stadium Renovation Committee. He also served in the United States Military. He was Christian in faith.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Susie; daughter, Shauna Daniell and her husband, Neil; son, Aaron Perkins and his wife, Kim; grandchildren, Delaney and Bailey Daniell, and Kaitlyn and Olivia Perkins. He is also survived by two sisters, Betty Walker of Belpre and Mary Casto of Mineral Wells.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Richard in 1969.
At his request, there will be no viewing or services.
