Debra was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church and she enjoyed camping, sewing, and singing. She also enjoyed spending time with her family.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her loving daughter, Dawn (John) Leshinski of Maryland, brother, Clayton (Sandy) Bond of Vienna, WV, sister, Carolyn Parsons of Williamstown, WV, sister-in-law, Jackie Bond of Vienna, WV, and granddaughter, Ashlee Leshinski.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and loving husband Wayne Palmer and brother, Larry Bond.
A graveside service will be held at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Frederick, MD on November 3, 2025 at 1 pm.
