Deloris L. Boyce

Deloris L. Boyce, 93, of Parkersburg, West Virginia, passed away on March 27, 2026. Born November 4, 1932, Deloris will be remembered as a generous, faithful, gentle, and kind-hearted woman whose steady presence brought comfort to those who knew her.

Deloris worked for the Smoot, Burwell and Parker Theatres, where she devoted her time and talents with pride and care.

She was an artist at heart who loved craft making and creating things with her hands. She also enjoyed taking care of children and cherished spending time with her family.

A woman of faith, Deloris attended Luther Church, where her faithful spirit and gentle nature were evident to all who shared in her community.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur Goodwin and Garrnet Lang Goodwin; her sister, Shirley O'donell; her brothers, Britton Goodwin and William "Bill" Goodwin; and her son, Robert Boyce. She is survived by her sons, Kelly and his life partner, JoAnn Langler and Mike Boyce.

Visitation will be held at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, 1934 Dupont Road, Parkersburg, West Virginia, on April 1, 2026, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. A Funeral Service will follow at 1:00 pm at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will take place on April 1, 2026, at Sunset Memory Gardens, 1934 Dupont Road, Parkersburg, West Virginia.
