She was born October 20, 1938 in Parkersburg, WV, a daughter of the late Louis Sams and Ellen Caplinger Sams.
Donna enjoyed painting and watching her favorite game shows. She will be remembered fondly by those who knew and loved her, and she will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Those left behind to cherish her memory include her nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Lehman Sams, Howard Sams, Ed Sams, Blaine Sams, Josephine Williams, Evelyn Spring, Estella Sams and Kate Jaggers.
A private family gathering will be held at the convenience of the family.
