Garnet was born April 6, 1931 in Parkersburg to Fred and Ocie {Knopp} Piggott.
Garnet will be deeply missed by brothers, Don Piggott of Pheonix, William Piggott of Belpre, sisters, Norma Minor of Belpre, Doris Cannady of Nashville, TN and many beloved nephews and nieces..
Garnet was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Hubert of 44 years, brother Paul Piggott and sister, Betty Weber.
Visitation will be Saturday, February 27, 2016 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Parkersburg. Funeral services will be Saturday, February 27. 2016 at 3:00pm at the funeral home with Pastor Don Yeager officiating. Interment will be at Sunset Memory Gardens.
