Harold L. Grimm

Harold was born August 26, 1925 in Creston, West Virginia to Thomas B. and Sylvia {Cheuvront} Grimm.

Harold worked for American Gas Meter Company for 42 years. He loved to travel, go fishing, go to car shows and loved to listen to country music.

Harold will be deeply missed by sons, Gary (Dolores) Grimm of Fairplains; Timothy Grimm of Pennsylvania, Daughter, Sandra L. Pontious of Phoenix, Arizona, grandchildren; Candida Pontious and Sheldon Pontious, brothers; Vance Grimm of Parkersburg, 6 great grandchildren, sisters; Carmen Queen and Janet Wise of Parkersburg, Carolyn (Kenny) Guinn of Williamstown and good friend Peggy Miller.

Harold was preceded in death by his wife Bertha Louise, parents; Thomas Grimm and Sylvia Wise and stepfather George C. Wise.

Visitation will be Thursday, August 20, 2015 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Parkersburg. Funeral services will be Friday, August 21, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Rick Kapple officiating. Interment will be at Sunset Memory Gardens.
