Joan & family, I have nothing but fond memories of your mom and the great neighbors acrossed Grandview Street that she'd walk through our yard to visit almost daily. I'm sure I can speak for my entire family (Dawn, myself, Alicia, and Zachary) when I say that you, Phil, and Helen were a blessing to have as neighbors. The respect, guidance, and compassion you all showed our family as neighbors and friends was priceless to us growing up. I know that I turned out a better man than what could of been because you all were around to help mold me into who I am today.

To you and your family, I offer my sincerist condolences. I only hope I can pass on a part of Helen's legacy with the way I impact other's lives like she has my family.
