Our deepest sympathy to you, Dave, your family and many friends. We first met you two many years ago at the wrestling matches and have seen both of you and your boys at various times over the years. Helen was a wonderful, kind, and understanding lady! We always enjoyed talking to her! May God comfort all of you in the days ahead!

We are so grieved at Helen's passing, she was one of the anchors to our little corner of the community in Vienna. For 30 years She and Dave were the best neighbors I've ever had and were always ready to help out in whatever way they could. She probably knew every kjd that grew up around here for 50 years and who belonged out there in the field playing with her boys. And not just kids... it wasn't unusual; to come home and find a grand dog or two and accompanying kid assigned to grand ma and grandpa for a weekend(the kids and dogs loved the special attention and Helen too).Dave taught lawnmower maintenance and lawn care those days
To Dave and the boys and grands your loss is so great that is hard to explain, but bear in mind that statement that begins her obituary, she was her own person in control of her home and life to the very end. Her strength pervades her heirs. Sincerely Craig and Noel

Helen was a very classy lady. You two were one of the first people I met at the Elks Lodge. You both made me feel welcome and I always looked forward to seeing you both and was honored to call you both my friends. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
