Inell S. Armstrong, 79, of Washington, WV passed away peacefully at her home on June 7, 2023. She is the daughter of the late Inez (Shields) and Gilbert Leach. Inell retired from GE as a production secretary and enjoyed reading books, shopping and spending time with her Family. She is survived by her dear Husband, James Armstrong, One Son, Ryan (Judy) Armstrong of Carmichaels, PA, One Sister, Sharon Memel of Parkersburg, WV, Two Grandchildren, Paige and Peyton, and several nieces and nephews.
Per Inell’s request, there will be no services at this time. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Sunset Memorial Funeral home.
