Jim was a retired operator from Walker Systems. After retiring, he enjoyed worshipping with his church, family gatherings and sitting on his front porch feeding and watching the birds. The most important day of his life was August 3, 1995, which was the day he was baptized into Christ for the remission of his sins. He was a member of the Camden Avenue Church of Christ.
Jim was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Dailey; parents, Raymond and Irene Dailey; sister, Lois Mason; brothers, Ronald Dailey, Richard Dailey; infant brother, Robert Dailey.
He is survived by his son, Steven Dailey; sister and brother in law, Carol and Dearll Vincent; many nieces and nephews. Jim also leaves behind his fury companion Winslow.
His family will have a private memorial with interment at Sunset Memory Gardens in Parkersburg, WV.
