He was employed by Simonton Windows for several years. Jeremy enjoyed hanging out with his family, walking and travelling.
Those left behind to cherish his memory include his brothers, Rick Mercer of New Orleans, Jim (Claudette) Mercer of Parkersburg, WV, Tony Mercer of Belpre, OH, Randy Mercer of Parkersburg, WV, Joe (Jill) Mercer of New Orleans; sister, Becky (Jerry) McPherson, Mineral Wells, WV
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Sam Mercer.
Per his wishes, there will be no services. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.
