Kelly was an avid reader of all books, her favorites being mysteries and suspense. She loved being a stay at home mother and took pride in the accomplishments of her children. Kelly was equally kind and mischievous, and never missed a chance to share her wit and humor. Not one to know a stranger, there was never a missed opportunity to chat with people, and she could often be seen making new friends in grocery store aisles and doctor offices alike. Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2000, Kelly fought the progression of the disease with the stubbornness that was so characteristic of her. While not a formal member of any church, Kelly was known for her strong faith in the Lord and strived to pass His love onto all she met.
She was preceded in death by her step-father Clarence Wagoner Jr., father-in-law Jarrett Blosser, grandmother Sue Roush and Aunt Lottie Wilson. Also, waiting for her in paradise are several pets, including her dogs Winston and Sebastian and beloved Gecko Alias.
In addition to her loving husband Kevin of 28 years, she is survived by her two children; Faith of Mineral Wells and Gabriel of Parkersburg as well as daughter Faith’s fiancé Daniel Steel. She is also survived by; her mother Dottie Wagoner, sister Sandra (Frank) Day, sister-in-law Jennifer Blosser, mother-in-law Harriet Blosser, several cousins including Rita (Jeff) Fry and Sharon Stewart as well as nieces Kristyn (Billy) Smith, Kaelyn Day, Jayden Blosser and her nephew Frank Day as well as her cherished childhood friends Sherry (Leon) Walker, Tammy Wolf and Charity (Brian) Wise in addition to several other friends and family members.
