He was born October 24, 1957 in Marietta, OH a son to Crandle “Sonny” Treadway (Norma) and the late Ella Mae Wigal. He was a graduate of Marietta High School class of 1976, and he went on to work at Colgate Palmol147ive. He was a licensed minister in the Church of God, and was the founder of the Marietta Church of God food pantry. He loved to spend time with his family, playing ping pong, and was an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan.
In addition to his father he is survived by his wife, Cheryl Treadway, sons, Jeff Treadway, and David Treadway, daughters, Jennifer Treadway, and Breanna Shahan (Tyson), grandchildren, Hayden Treadway, Tyler, and Trystan Shahan, grandmother, Ruby Treadway, brother, Darrin Treadway, and sister Lisa Wiley along with a host of extended family.
There will be a memorial service Tues., October 2, 2012, 7 pm at the Marietta Church of God, with Pastor Randell Fuson officiating. There will be a time of visitation one hour prior to the service from 6-7 pm.
