He was born Dec. 14, 1922, in Glenville, WV a son to the late Seabert and Martha Elliott. He retired from Acme Fishing Tool Co.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife, Juanita Elliott, second wife, Vivian Elliott, son, Timmy Elliott, along with several sisters.
He was cared for and is survived by his nieces and nephews, along with several close friends and extended family.
Service will be Wed., Sept. 4, 2013, 1:00 pm at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Pastor Tim Burch officiating. Burial will follow in the Sunset Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be Tues., Sept. 3, 2013, from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
