Carole was born on August 22, 1935, in Vadis, West Virginia, to the late Andrew and Bonnie Bennett. She was also preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Cindy Marie Cummings and her devoted and loving husband, Donald Alie Winter.
Carole retired from Century Aluminum in 2007 with over 30 years of service.
She is survived by her daughter, Susan Hitchcock and her husband Bob, her son, Rick Hickman and his wife, Judy, step son, Michael T. Winter and Mary, step daughters, Debora Conger and Ron and Tammy Flinn and Jr., grandchildren, Corey Chambers, Kayla (Cummings) Abrams, Bob Stewart, Phillip Hickman, David Hickman, Joe Hickman and John Hickman and numerous step grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Per Carole’s wishes there will be a graveside service on Friday, April 25, 2025 at Sunset Memory Gardens.
