

Mary Grace Treadway Forshey, 94, of Washington, passed away Dec. 30, 2010 at Heartland in Devola, OH.
She was born in Washington County, OH at Reno on June 26, 1916 to the late Norman A. “Gus” and Rosalie Gray Treadway. She was married for 59 years, to the late Charles E. Forshey on June 25, 1937, and he preceded her in death on Feb. 1, 1997. She graduated from Marietta High School in 1936 and was a member of the Reno Christian Church.
She is survived by one daughter, Judy A. Williams, with whom she lived, of Washington, WV; two sons, Charles W. “Bill” Forshey and wife Kathy of Seymour, MO, and Jerry A. Forshey and fiancé Heike Dalrymple of Parkersburg; eight grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Mildred Warfield and Edith Forshey; two brothers, Vernon and Edward Treadway; one son-in-law, Ray Williams; and one daughter-in-law, Olive Forshey.
Services will be held 2 p.m. Monday at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Parkersburg. Burial will be in Evergreen South Cemetery.
Visitation will be Monday from 12-2 p.m. at the funeral home.
