My thoughts, love and prayers to Janet and the entire Hays Family! Even though I never met Mrs. Hays, I certainly heard many good things especially during free moments at Awanas. Just from reading her obituary, I can understand why...a great Christian woman who loved the Lord, her family, and children! I know you will cherish fond memories in your heart for a lifetime on this earth. She has heard the words "well done good & faithful servant". She will greet you in Heaven on that great reunion day! May God fill you with His joy & peace.

Miss Francis, as I so fondly called her, was such a saint. She had no idea how many lives she touched in her own little ways. She was my neighbor and very good friend for years and will be greatly missed. I loved hearing her tell the stories of her youth and especially the way she met Chuck, her husband, while they were "Santa Clausing" one night. Not many people will now what that was but she remembered it fondly and told me about it. She was such a devoted Christian woman, she so enjoyed her church family. She had a heart of gold and was a Saint and is now living with the Saints and I am sure she is right "at home" with them.

Grandma Hays was everyone's grandma. Definitely one of the sweetest ladies. Heaven gained an angel.
