Mervyn R Lott

Mervyn R. Lott, 76, of Washington passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at Camden Clark Medical Center-Memorial Division following a long illness.

He was born April 1, 1935 in Palestine, WV a son to the late Robert and Hilda Lott. He was a veteran of the US Army and retired from Dupont and FMC.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, David; and an infant sister, Shirley Sue.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia; children, Bradley Lott (Robin), and Brenda Collins (Leroy); grandchildren, SarraDawn Barr of Fairmont, Kyla Bowles (Josh) of Parkersburg, Clinton Lott (Cassie) of Sandyville, and Rachel Lott of Washington; great grandchildren, Nikolas of Washington, Addie and Ayden of Sandyville; brothers and sisters, Roberta Parsons of Flemming, OH, Brainard Lott (Irene) of Vienna, Coralie Sutton of Leachtown, Clarence Lott (Donna) of Elizabeth, Gary Lott (Jailetta) of Parkersburg, Myrtle Ledsome (Heisel) of Reedy, Robert Lott and friend Donna of Palestine, Barbara Marshall of Bridgeport, OH, Donna Vanscoy (Roy) of Reno, OH, and Darlene Hill (Dick) of Bridgeport, sister in law, Judy Lott, along with several nieces, nephews, and special friends, Brock , Tara, Katie, and Luke Harper.

Service will be Friday, November 4, 2011, 10 am, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Pastor Bill Davis officiating. Burial will follow in the Sunset Memory Gardens.

Visitation will be from 4-8 pm Thursday, at the funeral home.
