He was born November 18, 1935, in Parkersburg, WV, a son of the late Edsel Ford Flinn and Cora Lanette Woomer.
Paul proudly served his country in the United States Army and spent 35 years with the C&P phone company.
He is survived by his son, Eric (Lucinda) Flinn of Xenia, Ohio; his daughter, Paula Flinn of South Charleston, West Virginia; grandchildren, Austin, Brittany, Alex, AJ, Victoria, and 12 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Roberta Flinn, and his brothers, James Flinn and Ronald Flinn.,
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, June 19, 2025, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, with Pastor Jamie Sprague officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
