

Sue was born May 2, 1949 in Ritchie County, West Virginia to Hazel Parr.
She was a housewife and a member of Heart of Worship Church and loved all of her church family. She enjoyed gardening and flowers and her cat, Tabby and dog, Bandi.
Sue will be deeply missed by her husband, Tony; sons; Charles “Chuck” Hamilton and Jeff (Kathy) Hamilton of Parkersburg; three step-children; Tony Lee (Beverly) Parsons and Marty (Candy) Parsons both of Parkersburg, Brandi Rose (Jay) Starcher of Lubeck; brothers; Carl Parr of Vienna and Larry “Bud” Parr of Parkersburg, sisters; Sally Baker and Roberta Parr, both of Parkersburg; three grandsons, two granddaughters, one great grandson, six step-grandsons, three step-granddaughters, one great step grandson, two great step- granddaughters.
Sue was preceded in death by one sister, Dorothy Cantwell and one brother, Robert Parr. Thank you to Hospice Housecalls; Teresa, Kim and Sherrie, for all their care and support during Sue’s illness; soulmate; Ginger Dowler and three special friends, Patty McNeil, Sue Leggett, Laura Barker.
Friends may call Wednesday, July 15, 2015 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Parkersburg. Funeral services will be Thursday, July 16, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Tim Henson officiating. Interment will be at Sunset Memory Gardens.
