Robert T Harper

Robert was born May 19, 1923 in West Union, WV to Harvey S. and Mildred C {Hickman} Harper.

Robert was a WW II Navy Veteran serving as a Photographer 1st Class, a member of the South Parkersburg Baptist Church and retired in 1985 from Dupont as a mechanic.

Robert will be deeply missed by son; Robert Mark (Tena) Harper, daughters; Sharon Kay (Robert E) Krichbaum and Joanna Lynn (John) Hickman, and grandchildren; Eric Jay ( Peri) Krichbaum, Amy Jo (Paul) Howe, Shawn Michael Hickman, Donna Sue (Michael) Ginty, Anna Grace (Matt) Hicken and Ellen Ra Harper and 8 great grandchildren, Gabriel, Matthew, Jacob and Bethany Howe, Ryan and Andrew Krichbaun, Erin and Jayden Ginty and Robert’s special friend Kay Crislip.

Robert was preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Agnes, his parents and sister Laura Jane Campbell.

Visitation will be Tuesday, October 27, 2015 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Parkersburg. Funeral services will be Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Reverend Joe Busch officiating. Interment will be at Sunset Memory Gardens.
