He was born July 28, 1963 in Parkersburg, WV, a son of the late Eldon Garner and Ruby A. Stull Garner Hoalcraft, and stepfather, Cecil E. Hoalcraft.
Ronald attended Jefferson Baptist Temple. He enjoyed bowling and participating in the Special Olympics.
Those left behind to cherish his memory include his brothers, Ralph (Lois) Garner of Parkersburg, Warren Garner of Belpre, OH; sister, Becky Garner of Belpre, OH; sister-in-law, Dorothy Garner of Parkersburg, WV.
In addition to his parents, he was proceeded in death by his brothers Melvin Garner and Wayne Garner.
Funeral services will be 1 P.M. Monday October 2, 2023 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service from 11 A.M. to 1 P.M. at the funeral home.
