Ruby Pearl Lukens

She was born April 14, 1925 in Ashford, WV a daughter to the late William and Virgie McCoy. She was a homemaker.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands, James Clifford Adams Sr., and Paul Edward Lukens, son, James Clifford Adams Jr., brothers, John McCoy, William F. McCoy, Jessie McCoy, and Emmett C. McCoy, sister, Hazel Cooper, and an infant sister.

She is survived by her sons, Larry David Adams (Lavada) of Boaz, Johnny Wayne Adams (Tamara) of Summersville, Richard Lee Adams (Barbara) of St. Marys, and William Elza Adams (Stephanie)of Pennsboro, daughters, Margaret June Stowers of Prince George, VA, and Pamela Sue Wallace (Bob) of Parkersburg, 18 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren, brother, Samuel D. McCoy of Lapeer, MI, sisters, Margaret Barker of Melbourne, FL, Goldie Almond of Jacksonville, FL, and Mildred Skeens of Garden City, SC, along with many other nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Service will be Tues., July 8, 2014, 11 am at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Parkersburg. Entombment will follow in the Sunset Memory Gardens.

Visitation will be Mon., July 7, 2014, from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
