He was born on February 28, 1945 in Parkersburg, WV a son of the late Raymond and
Katherine Balderson.
Thomas enjoyed attending church at Grace Brethren Church, he also enjoyed golfing, his dog, Chewy, and he earned a 2nd degree black belt in Taekwondo. His greatest blessing was spending time with his family, who he loved dearly.
Those left behind to cherish his memory include her son, Blair Buckley of Belpre, OH; daughters, Angela (Jimmie) Keith of Parkersburg, WV, Donna Wolfe of Vienna, WV, Lori Ide of Parkersburg, WV; grandchildren, Josey (Jennifer) VanMeter, Tommy (Anna) Keith, Aaron Wolfe, Dustin (Jamie) Wolfe, Dara (Sonny) Ide; two great-grandchild, Tyler and Henry.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, whom he loved dearly.
Funeral services will be held at 1 PM on Tuesday, October 21,2025 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home with Pastor Lamb officiating and burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service from 11a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
