He was born August 30, 1962 in Zanesville, Ohio, a son of the late Clarence Edward Stalling and Creta Eileen Dennis Stalling.
Tracy was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend whose steady presence and kind heart touched everyone who knew him. A faithful member of the Anchor Church of Crooksville Church, he proudly served as a men’s leader and found great joy in his church family and community. He loved spending time outdoors hunting and fishing, sharing laughs with friends in the church golf league, and creating memories with the people he loved most. More than anything, Tracy was deeply devoted to his family. He was an incredibly proud and loving father and an extraordinary grandfather who never missed an opportunity to show up for his children and grandchildren. His family was the center of his world and the memories he created with them will be treasured forever. After many dedicated years of hard work as a forklift operator, he retired from Miba in 2024. Tracy will be remembered for his faith, his humor, and the lasting impact he made on the lives around him.
