He was born May 10, 1940, in Upshur Co. WV, a son to the late William E. Tomlinson and Silvia Chute Bailes. He enjoyed his daily meeting with friends at Hardees, and was a retiree from the WVDOH.
He is survived by his son, Eddie Tomlinson (Miae) of Davisville; his daughter, Cassandra Lucas (Jeffery) of Davisville; grandchildren, Alyssa, Devin, Ethan, Trenton, and Shane; and his sister, Leah Powell along with many other extended family and friends.
There will be a graveside service Tuesday, May 7, 2013, 1:00 pm at Sunset Memory Gardens, Parkersburg.
