Anne passed away June 19, 2013 at the age of 90; she was predeceased by her husband John in 2007 and her sister Doris. She is survived by her children Pamela (Mel), Jeanne (Mike) and Ken (Connie); her grandchildren Devon, Sula (Kelly), Darren (Kelsea) and Shane (Bob); her great grandchildren Ethan and Matthew and many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Anne was born near Canora, Saskatchewan and moved to Port Alberni with John in 1945. Sproat Lake was their home since 1952 and was the perfect gathering place for family and friends.
A celebration of her life will be held on Wednesday, June 26th at the Bavarian Center – 3031 – 4th Avenue from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM.
Mom loved flowers, there is no doubt
But in this case she would do without.
