Beverly NEIL HOSKINS

August 8, 1953 – November 17, 2012

On Saturday November 17th, after a long courageous fight with his health, Neil passed away at home, surrounded by arms of love.

Neil is survived by the love of his life and soulmate forever, Karen Godfrey.  He also leaves his sons; Dustin and grandson Landon, who just mentioning his name would bring a smile to his face, and Duane and grand-daughters Keely and Kendra.  He also leaves sisters Sherry (Ron) Boe and Pam (Lawrence) Hiebert, nieces and nephews; Curtis, Eric and Heather, Sirena and Darren, Jared and Amanda, and Karli.  “Greats” Hailey, Hannah, Mikalah, Aiden and Alexander.  Neil’s brother-in-law Peter Snee was also a part of his life for many years.

Neil’s life saw many chapters, which he walked through with his bigger than life character.  He will be sadly missed by all who loved him.

Service will be at Yates Funeral Service, 4470 Gertrude Street, Port Alberni on Saturday, November 24th at 1:00 PM.  Tea to follow at a friends home - 6131 Falls Road.  Neil’s request is for everyone to wear BLUE JEANS.
